Emil Rilke (born 19 November 1983 in Ústí nad Labem) is a Czech footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for FC Slovan Liberec. Previously Rilke has played for Czech clubs FK Teplice, FK Jablonec 97, and FK SIAD Most. Rilke was a member of the Czech Republic Under-20 national team which competed in the 2003 U-20 FIFA World Cup in the United Arab Emirates.

He won the Slovak Superliga in the 2009/2010 season with MŠK Žilina.
